I have been a licensed full time REALTOR® for approximately 24 years in both Maryland and Delaware.  I joined Century 21 Ulrich & Co. in the 1980's, listing and selling properties for over 18 years. During that time I earned numerous awards and recognitions within the Century 21 system.  In 1999 I earned my Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. I continuously attend many seminars and workshops that help to enhance my knowledge and experience in my real estate career. In 2002, due to my sales success and commitment to the business, I was hired by Century 21 Towne Centre as the office manager for both their Elkton and North East offices. The position as manger included full office managerial duties as well as training, coaching new agents and recruiting. I successfully managed these offices for six years.  In March, 2008 with great excitment, I joined the team at Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate.  Coming full circle, I am now back doing what I love to do, listing and selling real estate.  My years of experience, commitment and quality service are all about my CLIENTS.

I have been a licensed full time REALTOR® for approximately 24 years in Maryland.  I have achieved such awards as the Silver, Gold, Diamond and Ruby, Top Producer for the Year, Top Sales Producer for the Office, etc.  My real estate career also has been expanded to include Property Management. My years of experience and service with a commitment to my customer relationships are my top priority.

I am an outstanding sales professional with strong entrepreneurial skills and operations background. Prior to joining the real estate profession, I owned and/or managed a number of area restaurants. This experience has taught me the value of customer relations and how to manage the day to day operations of a business. In 2005 I realized that my skills are will suited to the real estate industry. In March of 05' I became a full time REALTOR® and have continued to grow my business ever since. I have built a strong customer base in a short period of time. With my aggressive marketing efforts I have reduced the average contract to less than 45 days while the average marketing time is 60 to 90 days. I am active in my lead generation efftorts and building relationships that produce clients for life. I have been consistently a Top Producer in listings and sales.  Licensed in Maryland, Delaware and Pensylvania.
